Where it started
Booking, events and marketing were all handled by hand. A busy volunteer board spent hours on RSVPs, emails and new-member follow-up.
what i did
What I built
- New website
- Online memberships and payments
- Events with automatic reminders, checkouts and RSVP cutoffs
- Two weekly to-do emails for the board: new members to approve, and forms still missing
the result
Members join and book on their own. Events run themselves, and the board gets its time back.
